In an exciting step towards the future, the Congress of the Republic has declared Bill No. of national interest. 5121-2022-CR, marking the path for the creation of the Chancay – Pucallpa Road Corridor. This ambitious project will not only connect important regions of the country, but will also bring with it a wave of benefits, especially for our real estate jewel, “La Estancia de Palcamayo”, strategically located in Huancabamba and close to the road corridor.
The author behind this legislative initiative is Congresswoman Nelly Heidinger Ballestero, originally from Pasco – Pozuzo. This road corridor will cover key regions such as Pucallpa, Puerto Inca, Codo de Pozuzo, Pozuzo, Huancabamba, Huachón, Ninacaca, Vicco, Huayllay, San Miguel de Acos, Huaral and Chancay.
